Which plan is best for my school?

Start with your student count. Each plan covers schools up to a set number of students, so enter yours above the plans to see the smallest plan that fits. Then check the comparison table for the modules you need. If you are unsure, talk to our team and we will help you choose.

How is pricing calculated?

Each plan is one fixed yearly price per school, not a per-student charge. It covers every student up to the plan's limit. We also show what the price works out to per student, only to help you compare with per-student quotes.

Is GST included?

Accepted Answer

Applicable taxes, such as GST, are charged as shown at checkout or on your invoice. Checkout always shows the exact amount before you pay.

Are there any setup or onboarding fees?

When you buy online, you pay the plan price shown at checkout, less any valid coupon. If your school wants extra help, such as importing existing records or staff training, discuss it with our team before you pay.

Are SMS, WhatsApp, or payment gateway charges extra?

Accepted Answer

Yes. SMS and WhatsApp messaging and fee collection is available as an add-on in the Growth and Premium plans.

Question 6

Can we upgrade our plan later?

Accepted Answer

Yes. An upgrade applies straight away: the unused value of your current plan is credited, you pay the difference, and your new yearly term starts when payment clears. Moving to a smaller plan is scheduled for your next renewal, so you never lose access to students you already have.

Can we migrate our existing student data?

Accepted Answer

During setup you choose your board, classes, and the language each class is taught in, and your workspace is created with that structure. To move existing student records from another system or spreadsheets, talk to our team before you buy so we can confirm how it will work for your school.

What if we need a feature that is not in our plan?

Accepted Answer

If a module is included in a higher plan, you can upgrade at any time and pay only the difference. If what you need is not listed in any plan, tell our team about your requirement.

Is training provided?

Setup is self-service and guided step by step. If you would like a walkthrough of the product for your staff, contact our team to arrange one.

Can we export our school data?

Accepted Answer

Your school's data belongs to you. For 30 days after your subscription ends, you can ask us for an export of your data. After that it may be permanently deleted, except where the law requires us to keep it.

What is the contract or renewal policy?

Accepted Answer

Plans are paid yearly in advance and never renew or charge automatically. You can cancel at any time by emailing support@indigle.com, and you keep access until the end of the period you paid for. Payments are non-refundable.
